We understand the very personal nature of finding the right eyewear that suits your style and comfortably fits the size and contours of your face. That's why we invite you to take advantage of our free shipping—and free returns—shopping experience. Simply enjoy your glasses. If you don't love them, contact us to initiate a return any time within 30 days. In order to qualify for a refund, please return your glasses in the original packaging, as new. If you'd like a different style instead, we're happy to exchange—just let us know when you contact us.

Love the frame shape and don't like it in a different color? Let us know. We can work with you to find the right look, or if you'd like something different, we'll make it right.

1-Year Scratch Warranty on Custom Prescription Lenses

When you purchase custom-made prescription lenses or custom-made Extended Vision Reading Glasses, your investment is protected. If your lenses scratch within one year of the date of purchase under normal use, we will replace them free of charge. Contact us to request the free lens replacement — we will work to ensure your replacement lenses are mounted in your existing frames where possible.

60-Day Custom Prescription Rx Policy

The goal is to have a look at things from a customer-first standpoint. If you have custom prescription lens order that is still in its first 60 days, you can ask for a return without charge, as long as there is a prescription error. If your frames are still in good shape, contact us to order a pair of replacement lenses that can be mounted into your existing frames.
