Lost prescription sunglasses
I recently lost a pair of my Ombraz prescription sunglasses but fortunately had a non-prescription pair. I sent in the frames to Lens and Frame Co. Who were able to use my prescription on file and make a new pair of prescription lenses. Although, they forewarned me that it might take two weeks or possibly more to get the glasses back, the turnaround time turned out to be much quicker than that. The replacement glasses are indistinguishable from the originals. I love these glasses and will be ordering another pair.
Perfection
I first purchased a pair of Ombraz Armless Sunglasses back in 2020. I loved them in every way imaginable- Highly functional, unique and comfort was unmatched. At the time, I did not wear prescription glasses. (Probably should have but that's another story) Anyway, we relocated to Tennessee in 2023 and shockingly I required prescription glasses for a driving license. So, I've had my sunglasses sitting on my desk for over 2 1/2 years, never wearing them. I just adapted without them. I finally decided to get new glasses this past November (25'), and my first and only thought was, man I wish I had Ombraz's in prescription glasses, and quite frankly why didn't I look when I first got glasses to begin with? I digress. Replacing my regular Ombraz lenses with prescription lenses was one of the best decisions I've made regarding vision. Lens & Frame did a phenomenal job and I couldn't be happier with them. Additionally, there was a shipping snafu with USPS but Darren and the crew were so helpful and kind in figuring out what happened and how to fix it. After you place your order, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to send us your glasses. Once your frames arrive, we craft your new lenses in our California lab, fit them to your frames, and ship your glasses back to you.
How long does it take?
Approximately two weeks once we receive your frames and your prescription and PD.
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Frames must be returned in original, unworn condition and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
