We Craft & Ship Back
Once we receive your frames, we start crafting your new lenses in our California lab and ship your glasses back to you within two weeks.

Love these glasses!!!
No really, I love these glasses:):):) Twice I went to bed and forgot to take them off my head, they are that comfortable. I feel that you nailed the prescription perfectly with no eye strain whatsoever. I am very pleased with these glasses. One thing I was wondering, could you take the sun glass lenses that you replaced with my new prescription lenses and make a magnetic clip-on that would go on the glasses so I could have driving sunglasses? I would expect to pay extra but at least I'm using the sun lenses instead of them sitting in their box now. Just another thing for you to think about, I know!!!

How does the replacement lens process work?
After you place your order, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to send us your glasses. Once your frames arrive, we craft your new lenses in our California lab, fit them to your frames, and ship your glasses back to you.
How long does it take?
Approximately two weeks once we receive your frames and your prescription and PD.
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Frames must be returned in original, unworn condition and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
