Returns & Refunds

We understand the very personal nature of finding the right eyewear that reflects your unique sense of style and comfortably fits the size and contours of your face.  That’s why we invite you to take advantage of our free shipping – and free returns – so you can shop online stress-free*.  Enjoy no-risk try-ons at home for our premium reading glasses and custom prescription glasses.  If you don’t love them, click here to contact us to initiate a return label anytime within 30 days of the date you received them.  In order to be eligible for a refund, please return your glasses in the original packaging and in the same “as new” condition as was shipped to you.  If you paid for expedited overnight shipping on your original order, please understand that these shipping costs will not be refunded to you.

Love the frame shape and how it fits, but want a different color?  Let us know if you need an exchange so we can get your glasses done right.

1 Year Scratch Warranty on Custom Prescription Lenses

We understand that when you purchase premium quality prescription eyewear and custom-made Extended Vision reading glasses, you’d like to know that your investment will be protected beyond the first time you accidentally drop them.  At Lens & Frame Co. you can rest assured that we cover your EV Readers and custom prescription lenses for one year against scratches.  Yes, this means that if your custom-made lenses get scratched within one year from the date of purchase, you can contact us and request one free lens replacement - which will be produced using the exact same specifications and lens treatments as your original purchase.

Want to replace your scratched prescription lenses after the first year?  No problem.  If your frames are still in good shape, contact us to order a pair of replacement lenses that can be mounted into your existing frames.

90 Day Custom Prescription Re-do Policy

Our goal is to deliver a high quality result that exceeds your expectations.  If there is any reason that you feel your custom prescription lenses are not perfect, or if you require a change in your prescription, we'll be happy to re-do your lenses at no charge within 90 days from the date of your original purchase.  Simply contact us and let us know.

On the other hand, if your prescription changes after the first 90 days give us a call or you can contact us to order a pair of replacement lenses that can be mounted into your existing frames.

1 Year Warranty - Frames

We are proud to stand behind the beautiful craftsmanship and quality manufacturing of our Lens & Frame Co premium reading glasses and custom prescription frames.  We will cover your frames against any manufacturer’s defects within 1 year from the date of purchase.   But don’t worry, replacement lenses and frames are available because we understand that accidents do happen.  If you sit on your frames or if your dog uses your readers as a new chew toy, contact us and we’ll be happy to refurbish them as best we can.
