What a difference
Hi Darren and Chandos, I can't express enough how much I love my new glasses! They've completely transformed my nightly reading routine with my kids—Harry Potter has never been more exciting! Before getting these reading glasses, I was frequently dealing with headaches whenever I used the computer or read, and I couldn’t figure out why. Since my vision is generally great, I never considered that I might need glasses. But after the headaches persisted, I decided to give them a try, and what a difference they’ve made—no more headaches! Thank you! Charles

I can't say enough good things about the Extended Vision Readers or Lens and Frame customer service. The glasses are the highest quality I've ever found for readers. No distortion in the lenses and the extended vision is, well, miraculous. I have tried MANY progressive lenses and have not been able to adjust to them. I put these on and IMMEDIATELY could see clearly both near and far. My husband who has a prescription - tired mine on and immediately had me order him a pair. Now, the customer service is beyond wonderful - hand written note with my order and tremendously good communication when I had questions. I didn't realize it but you can Try on at home frames so you can feel confident you will like the frame before you purchase. Love that option! Thank you so much for such a great experience - I will be back for sure.

Do I need to send in my prescription?
Yes. You can upload your prescription right on the product page during checkout, or anytime after from your order status page — where you'll also add your pupillary distance (PD).
How long does it take to make my glasses?
Approximately two weeks once we have your prescription and pupillary distance (PD).
Can I use a prescription from my eye doctor?
Yes, we accept standard prescriptions from any licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Frames must be returned in original, unworn condition and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. All custom prescription lenses include a one-year scratch warranty — if your lenses scratch within one year of purchase under normal use, we'll replace them free of charge.
