The American Optical Saratoga is a square, wayfarer-style sunglass frame in 52 and 54 millimeter sizes, in Gloss Black and Brown Demi. Lens & Frame Co. makes it as a prescription sunglass. We surface polarized sun lenses to your prescription in our California lab, single vision or progressive, in Grey or Brown Polarized or with a mirror finish. The Saratoga 52 is the smaller size and the one we suggest for narrower faces.

We make them in about two weeks
We digitally surface, coat and edge your lenses in our California lab. Shipping is free and takes about three days.

What sizes does the Saratoga come in?
52 and 54 millimeters. The 52 is smaller and is the one we suggest for narrower faces.
Can I get the Saratoga with my prescription?

We currently make American Optical frames as prescription sunglasses only.
How long does it take?
About two weeks to make your lenses, counted from when we have your prescription and PD. Shipping is free and takes about three days. Faster shipping can’t shorten production.
Can I use FSA or HSA?
Yes. FSA and HSA cards work at checkout for prescription glasses. We’re out of network for vision insurance, so we send you a detailed invoice to submit for reimbursement. Insurance details.
