The lens replacement was quick, and I loved the handwritten note. My only complaint is about the packaging. I feel that I used 3x more packaging waste by doing the replacement through L&FC than was generated when I got the original glasses. Ombraz makes a point of being highly sustainable with their recycled and recyclable packaging and mangrove reforestation projects, so I was disappointed that the packaging from Lens & Frame Co. included standard plastic stuff.
They didn’t arrive yet although the tracking said it was delivered. Please advise
Hi Christine - we just checked with FedEx and they indicate that your package is out for delivery today. We don't know why FedEx experienced a delay in your shipment, but it may be because of the increased load across the entire FedEx and UPS delivery systems this month. According to FedEx, if your package doesn't deliver tonight then it should be delivered tomorrow. You can always check status with the Tracking # we emailed you, and our system will alert you when your package has been delivered. They replaced my lenses no problem, then I received them and they were the wrong ones. I had selected the wrong lenses without realizing. I called and the same human who handled my order picked up the phone and I was able to send them back again without any questions asked. Excellent service.
