Not only did the L+F team respond with kindness & empathy to my “any chance these shades’ll ship before my trip to the equator?” inquiry, they included a HANDWRITTEN note to thank me for entrusting them with my specs!
The only company I know of that still hand-writes “thank you” notes is Trek Bikes… of which I ride in my KILLER Ombraz shades, spec’d (get it?!) to my eyes.
Took a minute to adjust to the armless shades & position them properly on my face for PD alignment, but holy cow, I love these frames!!
I would 100% trust Lens & Frame to get my unique prescription right on another set of specs.
